BOOKING

All appointments must be booked online to ensure accuracy, availability, and the best client experience.

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total.

CANCELLATIONS

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

 

LATE POLICY

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. In this case, the deposit will be forfeited.

NO-SHOW POLICY

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Future appointments may require full prepayment.

CHILDREN

Children must not be left unattended unless they are receiving a service.

 

PAYMENTS

Remaining balances can be paid using cash, debit/credit cards, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay.
